POSITION TITLE
Product Manager

JOB FUNCTIONS
Below is a listing of the job functions this position performs:  

• Support CS and Product with any questions from clients/sales about the product
• Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines
• Select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones
• Understanding the real problems behind clients and internal reports of issues to try to create solutions that are good for everyone in the long term
• Review requests from clients for changes to create tickets/stories and describe the requirements
• Define priorities for each sprint based on roadmap and discussions with CS and Management 
• Define roadmap with input from Management, CS and Dev Team
• Write release notes, both internal and external
• Write documentation on internal processes, integrations information, best practices etc.
• Create Epics and stories within those epics for all items that are discussed and defined 
• Collaborate with UX to review their designs of future features based on requirements
• Manage backlog
• Understand the needs of each of the different teams within the company and the needs from clients to create projects that improve everyone’s experience with our platform

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in product management
• English language fluency (written and oral)
• Startup experience is preferred but not required.
• Fintech experience is preferred but not required.
