JOB FUNCTIONS

Below is a listing of the job functions this position performs. 

  • Hold regular meetings with clients to better understand their business and how they are utilizing the MortgageHippo platform
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned clients at a high level
  • Look for opportunities to upsell and expand the platform with existing clients
  • Project manage new client onboardings working cross-functionally with other teams like Implementations and Development
  • Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and will support future scaling
  • Document current client issues in detail and help them progress through the process
  • Establish and conduct client training
  • Participate and contribute in company meetings regarding the current state of Customer Success Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or better
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer success or account management 1+ years supporting SaaS products 

Preferred Experience

  • Prior Mortgage Experience a plus
  • Prior financial services experience is a plus
  • Prior startup experience is a plus
